PLATFORMS: new media and experimental histories of space
CCA Digital History Project, 2016
“Platforms” explores an array of new digital tools for uncovering the history of buildings and cities. How might historians employ mobile, locative, and pervasive technologies to present their research in more immersive and engaged formats?
The event has three parts: a week-long exhibition, a Friday symposium, and a Saturday event that invites participants to explore San Francisco through the tools of augmented history.
More information can be found on the Platform website.
